Sarah's Baby Boutique will gladly accept exchanges or refund your money for products that are returned in their original and in resellable-as-new condition within 30 days of purchase. Washed, used & clearance items are non-returnable. Packages must be returned complete, including free items. Unless we make a mistake with your order, you are responsible for return or exchange shipping charges.
Defective MerchandiseWe are glad to exchange or fix any item that has defects in the craftsmanship that we have done. Included in this are problems with crochet work, embroidery or sewn items. If in the event that we are unable to fix or exchange an item, a suitable replacement will be given. If you are returning a defective product, you must be considerate about the condition of your item before shipping your item. Your item must be clean, stain-free and dry before you ship it. Without exception, we will not handle any items that are stained, smelly or damp on arrival.Please note, we are not responsible for damage to an item caused by improper care, abuse, misuse, normal fading or normal "wear and tear" of the product materials. We try to use top of the line needles, stabilizer and embroidery thread, but like any clothing item, items that have been embroidered may not withstand frequent washing for extended periods of time.
