In-stock orders are always shipped within one to two business days. Orders that are custom ordered can take up to several weeks, and as soon as we receive your order we will send a time estimate for how long it will take to make your item. I will only be allotting a few custom slots per month as I'm able, so custom orders will never take longer than a month to complete. Occasionally, however, there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause a delay with your order. If your order hasn't shipped, please log into your account to check your order status. We are careful to keep the order status and comments updated there.
InsuranceWe are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Sarah's Baby Boutique guarantees all insured packages. If your package has not been delivered 30 days after the shipping date, and you purchased insurance for your package, we will ship a replacement item at no additional charge. Please note, we ship ALL PACKAGES with delivery confirmation or with a tracking number. If the package is scanned as "delivered", the package is not replaceable. Please be sure to use a delivery address that has a secure location where the carrier can leave your package.When A Package Is "Returned to Sender"Unless the mistake is ours, items that are returned to us due to insufficient address will be charged the actual shipping amount required to reship the package.Order ChangesChanges and cancellations to an order can be placed up until you receive a notification that your order has been fulfilled.
